These are my nominations:

Technically it's signed but I still think it deserves to be listed, such an amazing tune...

Soundcloud

There's something about this track which does it for me, I absolutely love the vocals!

Soundcloud

I've never heard any more than this clip and it just blew me away, a bit darker than the other too and I think the name is extremely appropriate.

Shut the fuck up. Your production is a little less than professional, but your art is on point. Let the M.E. get you that extra 10% of umph you're looking for. I'm thinking of setting up a west coast vinyl only label, and would love to release some of your tracks if you'd just stick with a few of them and take them the extra mile.

haven't had the time to search for unsigned artists much in the last year. Folks who's work stood out for me from day dot, and I'm glad they're FINALLY getting the recognition they deserve:

VIVEK-- hit me up in like 2007? I cut some plates of his tunes. Then mala found him-- excellent. the world needs to hear his music more.
Superisk-- "Eva Takada" was one of the best tunes of 2008/9. Sadly got slept on. Wascal's RMX is just amazing, and Daega's is wicked as well. His upcoming Punch Drunk release is insane.
Wascal-- again.
Ekaj-- one of the originals. I still play "Tokyo Dub" from 2006 (5?). Glad he's getting releases.
XI was floating in the ether a few years ago-- now he's up to like a dozen releases? Man is on some fresh, next thing every time.
Distal-- same thing. 2011 is gonna be huge for him, once these 2010 releases drop. Just mastered 2 tunes for his & mite's Embassy label; great stuff.

My pick...

Dubfiend.

Soundcloud

Even though we're bumchums and this is a remix of one of my tracks, it totally threw my track out of the window and made it into what it SHOULD of been, its truely, amazing craftmanship. Each piece of sound design is spot on. I love the way the track progresses, when you think it won't and little supprises what come up through the track its truely perfect "put on your headphones, close your eyes and listen" music.
Its the only dubstep track whats ever gave me chills!

Even though its released on my label, I would really hope someone would re-release it as it deserves another spell!
That song just made my day, so awesome! If I had any money I'd buy it!
