All of these are WRONG! on so many levels....

How many times did he tell her "put your hands behind your back. I am going to have to use force." ?! Sure... I've had my ass beat by the cops. But in all honesty, I was drunk and asking for it. I'm not taking up for the cop, but, when they tell you over and over to put your hands behind your back, do it. She was clearly resisting arrest.

Ok just counted. He told her 19 times to put her hands behind her back. 4 times that he was going to have to use force, and 3 times he told her to stop resisting. And it looked like she tried to bite his arm before he punched her. Granted, he lost his temper and punched her in the head. that shouldn't have happened. The pepper spray is standard procedure.

this, plus we always talk amoungst ourselfs about fuck the police and that, but thats just cause were doing things that are wrong (in the eyes of the law), most cops are completely sound if your not a prick to them, they just be doing what they get paid to do.
