My mate bought tons of this back from some hippie hostel, was like cinammon, ginger and summat else making it slightly sweet. It tasted wonderful.

its all about the fusion... it needs a good temp to happen.
ya can get away with the milk in first, if you only use a little amount of milk (not shaolin style though ).

im a leave the teabag in type of fullah... so its not too bad either way.
but I taught ma daughter - teabag, sugar x3, hot water then about a cm of milk.
milk first in instant coffee.
no milk in green, herbal, mushroom tea!
