I don't think Heny has actually been in Anti-Social, just like how Loefah isn't DMZ, but people make that affiliation because of very close friendships and what not?

But yeah, whatever, I personally think a lot of people see 'Anti-Social' as a phrase in Dubstep with a lot more meaning than just a bunch of guys that make music, for me, it's more of a certain sound which I adore - if you get me?

No disrespect Quest, but IMO bruv you haven't got a right to judge where 'Anti-Social' are in the game because you're still playing it. That's a judgment that is saved for the fans and whoever writes history. Heny G made Anti-Social just like you did, and just like Silkie did. I don't know the background stuff, but you lot might as well just allow it and start collabing.

When I see Silkie VS Quest at DMZ in January '08 that was a new door that opened up. I chatted to Heny outside Fabric in '07 and he promoting for the Dubstep Awards party and I remember him being surprised that I knew who he was and that I knew who Anti-Social were. He's pushed you man hard.

I know he's Gangsta Boogie, but I mention him in the same breath as I would mention Quest or Silkie or Anti-Social. And I mention all of you man in similar breaths to Dilla, Black Milk and Roger Troutman. Stop fucking around and make music.

First of all let me say big up to Quest and Silkie because I rate them as top producers. That said, I don't know what kind of shady stuff Heny G has been up to (and I think you really need to clarify because people are going to assume the worst possible thing if you're playing coy).

All I know is that if it weren't for Heny G I would have NOOOOOOOOOO idea what the hell dubstep was, and specifically, what the whole anti-social/deep medi/etc music landscape looked like. That guy has sets that are chock-full of anti-social music and has done more than anybody to promote music from producers like Silkie, Quest, Kromestar. The right way to tackle this was to not tweet it or drag some mud out into the open. Should have been handled behind closed doors. This music scene is way too small to fracture it with some bullshit like this.

You lot need to sort it out.

no matter wot people think 'antisocial' is, i started it as a group of friends that make music and when u do something unfriendly ur not in group no more. i cant tell u who to be friends and be affiliated with so i would appreciate if u lot dont tell me.

I wouldn't say anyone from Anti-Social needs to "sort it". But same, without Heny G I wouldn't know who Anti-Social are. I saw him on the GetDarker show with G Double and was absolutely blown away.

To this day one of my favourite sets.

Also, no-one here knows what heny g has apparently done to uproot anti-social so it can't have been that damaging.

Heny G already blew it in Holland by never showing up at any gig. Can't say I'm surprised by this. Also, let people judge by themselves who they are affiliated with and who they are not. It's not for fans to decide, the anti-social sound and the collective are two different things. Quest & Silkie have both spoken their minds I don't see why there has to be a discussion about it.

of course dmz is an abbreviation of digital mystikz but its also a record label and he has released tunes on it along with mala&Coki and aside from the youngsta collaboration and skream remix thats all that has been on it
