Shouldn't be a problem most times, but I would keep it out of plastic bags as condensation may build up inside and cause degradation. For storing it just keep it extra dry and extra dark. Can't really control that before you buy it, but anyone selling it should know how to keep it fresh. True about what bright maroon said about upping dose next time, don't do it purely because you might think it won't do anything or it might backfire.

i disagree... i've had one of the most intensely negative experiences of my life on salvia, and some of my most beautifully wonderful experiences on LSD. to each their own, but be careful with salvia (the higher concentration extractions of it, that is)
