ha in true dsf style im posting complaints w/o any constructive suggestions .

i did immediately think of of those old 1950's science fiction movies though. As for any contructive response...id choose a more metaphorical or symbolic title and subtitle it as :Adventures in dubstep and beyond, so that it gets an interesting name and the marketing is satisfied cuz the cover still says "dubstep" in some way.
The same way orsen welles called it " war of the worlds", and not something like "martians are invading earth".
like

Event Horizon:
                                       adventures in dubstep...and beyond
dont hate on my title , it was just for an example of what i meant i was trying to think of somethin science-y. I wasnt really planning on coming up with a compilation title this morning.

I don't hate it at all and I know where you're coming from; very likely if it was left up to me I would have gone for a more abstract and evocative title, but ultimately the label had full veto on the packaging, and it was important to them that "dubstep" was the biggest word on the cover. For me, I was happy enough that they'd given me 100% freedom with picking the tunes, and if their experience and expertise in marketing said that this was the way to go with the sleeve then I'm not going to look a gift horse in the mouth too closely

Was so happy Night Slugs agreed to licensing that one, it's a beautiful way to start any set.

I've heard more tunes than in tracklist were signed, possibly there's a volume two planned already?

Ha, I wish. Volume 2 depends on this one being a success - so keep spreading the word!
The other tracks weren't "signed", we just got permission to use them - you have to get permission for far more tracks than you're actually going to use, so you can then select your final running order from tracks that you know are available... if that makes sense.

Hopefully this will fool the youtube retards into buying a half decent compilation and actually getting them educated, until they look at the tracklist and vomit into their mums shopping basket because it doesn't contain bare wobbles.
Big up Joe Muggs for having the room to show some amazing sounds!
Still a bit

on the Ministry part, but that's probably cos I know too much already..

you were so so close to making the final cut too, seriously... the last few I had to put aside to get it down to 30-odd were some seriously painful decisions!
