hybrid theory was the 2nd album I ever bought

Was speaking to someone at uni today who was talking about running a club night...
Here's me thinking "oi oi.. this could be a good thing to get into" until he mentioned they played a lot of Linkin Park and the WoW of Soundtrack...

Apparently so. (Cambridge Uni students are an odd lot)

The rapper guy (not sure of his name) is also in Fort Minor, i still listen to that album today, the tunes are really well put together. I think Jay Z produces their stuff...

Yeah I am not the biggest Rage fan but that guy has a totally unique guitar style. They have some conventional riffs but there is just as much unconventional stuff in there too.

and I think that they do the conventional stuff very well, there are some riffs they do that are really basic that are still really kick ass, and u start to wonder why no one did em before that.

They probably did, just didn't use the same effects/bpm range!
