Skreams teeth are horrid
I thought Goldie held it down, unlike Skream behaving like a typical pissed Brit abroad taking liberties they'd never do at home.apmje wrote:Goldie seems like a right tit and this seems fairly pointless, was kinda hoping for a discussion or something about their styles not just penis stroking.

No, not really, you are able to look through your CD wallet in front of the audience. When you play on vinyls, you often have to turn your back to the crowd to look through your stuff. I play on vinyls, cds, and on traktor, so i know what i'm talking about. I will give you that you might lose your overview of your records if you play on CDs or traktor, simply because you'll bring so much more.Foul Matta wrote:Think Goldie comes across as a bit of a dick on here.
Newhoo. I think Skream has a good point about the Vinyl vs Digital convo. Where u only end up playing the front part of ya book of CD's, compared to vinyl where u can quickly flick through and always find what ya looking for. I still have this problem myself.
I think its probably to do with the fact that all my cds have artist names and not track names and have bout 6-10 tunes on each CD. So yea basically cos I have so many more tunes on CD now i find it hard to think of something to play cos theres so much there (to much to choose from) Where as when im playing vinyl im flicking through (at the most 40) and ull see a tune and go "Thatl do" where as when looking through me CD's "Ok so we have mala, joker, Breakage, Benny Page on one CD.....fuuuuuck" Basically moral here is i need to organise my Cd's betterJensMadsen wrote:No, not really, you are able to look through your CD wallet in front of the audience. It's not very often that i have more than 2 tracks on one disc (and only if it's an EP), usually only 1 actually. I've found it to be the best and nicest way. But yeah like i said, i like playing both vinyl, cd and traktor... So i'm not saying that one is better than the other, i just think the complaint which skream made was wrong. And the guy also plays cds now a daysFoul Matta wrote:I think its probably to do with the fact that all my cds have artist names and not track names and have bout 6-10 tunes on each CD. for one, this is quite old i think... goldie has been in films and tv, hes well known for being goldie and hes been around for 20 years, whereas skream has just come up in a underground new genre, so many people aren't going to know him as well.. especially at a festivallaurent__duval wrote:i like how goldie basically gets ALL the attention. noone seems to know who skream is!
