cold showers rock especially after some sports.....i did a running practice for a hour and then went to a 45 min cold shower. didnt see how the time passed.

i dont not wash, nothing wrong with a bath, saves water aswell.
Hey man, I feel ya. Nothing wrong with a nice warm bath every now and then.

Plus I'd take a bath over a cold shower any day.

I tend to have the hottest shower possible (feels close to boiling... mmmmm) and then flip it to cold in the last minute and see how long I can stand there. definitely makes you feel more invigorated, I tend to want to go back to bed after a hot shower..

Know professionals are keen on the ice baths so gonna get into the habit of ice cold showers after gym sessions. 45 mins is a loooong time though! Can't see me lasting as long as that
