I don't know about this relaxation theory. I pretty much move and sit the same way stoned/straight.

I do have a preexisting injury in my back. But I don't know why this would exacerbate the problem.

I can smoke only like once a month cause the pain is so bad. I tried "pure bread" sativa's to try and reduce the effect on my body, to no avail. Actually to a little avail but not enough at all.

I can't drink and now I can't smoke? Must be something on the inside?

you tried squidgy black?

what part of your back is it? if it's upper back, it could be tied to lung inflammation.

could be from coughing excessively. that's what happens to me.

I'd still say something to do with that back injury you mentioned, gotta be irritating it somehow. What do you usually smoke? Try a vaporizer, I like the handheld ones from Vapir.com

I would not smoke for a week or so and note how often it does and does not happen. Gonna be harder if you smoke cigs too but at least you can narrow the cause down.

I used to get a weird feeling in my hips. The only way I can describe it is that they didnt feel like my hips, Kind of like they were hollow
