Lovely guy to boot. Came down and played at Antwerp Mansion in Manchester and stuck around for afters, fun was had.
Love is the Key, Koto, Pretty Bright Lights, Prophecy, Good Energy and especially Forward Youth. Many more I can't think of off the top of my head...
...not to mention the Smith and Mighty output, Bi Line Fi Blow, Down in Rwanda, No Burial remix etc...

To be fair, I kind of agree with you, he might not have started the culture of it all but he was making tunes that sounded like dubstep in the early nineties.
Guess that's why he's so good as RSD!
