nicki minaj seems like a parody off all the skank female mcs that came out before her. its like, i get that image. lil kim, trina, foxy brown, etc etc etc etc etc. nicki is just a bit too much. i prefer my women with actual curves and not looking like that wall over there, so she gets my vote in the tappable department.

in any case, college drop out and late registration have some serious tunes on em. rest of his albums are hilarious.

i was a fan of a lot of his beats pre-college dropout, even if it wasn't as unique as people try and make his music out to be.

as far as overhyped, top 40 rap music, he's better than a lot of people. at least he make attempts at being creative, even if it's mostly ego wanking nonsense.



do i intended on listening to this album....i might give it twice over and see if anything resonates. something tells me no, but i like to keep in touch with popular music sometimes just so i aint completely disconnected from the mainstream in general.
