Well he obvs meant that he made a good impact lol. whether he cheated or not i believe that he is the best producer in my opinion :)

I didn't realise how different everyone's taste of dubstep here is compared to sites like youtube. Never heard of Pariah or Benton or any of those... any of u guys know any good youtube uploaders that promote producers like Pariah or Benton? I would like to expand my knowledge of dubstep beyond the typical "filthy" dubstep. I'm currently subbed to artdubz, filtheffect, FYD and illestbro.

Well, personally I don't subscribe to a signal youtube uploader. I go to record stores and listen to everything they get in. I also get all the distributors lists emailed to me so I can order in anything the store normally wouldn't. That's not much help if you don't buy vinyl though.

I would say go to www.rinse.fm and listen to Youngsta who is on now. Then stick around for Distance who'll probably be a bit more your thing (maybe) at 11. These are two of the guys I respect the most in dubstep so check rinse fm tonight

Don't use YouTube mate, far too much shit on there. As someone said go to record shops or just go on Chemical Records everyday and go on the 'New In' section and see what new stuff they have in. Just listen to everything, don't worry about who the artist is.

Also download lots of mixes. That's the best ways to find new artists. ;)

i had to ask myself basically this same question when voting in the awards.

Id like to see an option for "breakthrough producer/dj" so people who may have had releases but not alot of exposure before but are just now macking some real moves could be rewarded.
