they sound exactly the same to be honest. If I had to choose one, I'd probably wouldn't go out on that night. I respect people enjoying this kind of dubstep, what I don't get is calling Coki overrated when you love this stuf? It's infinite times more dirtier and hard hitting than either???
Mediocre producers at best. No offence.

im guessing this is just a case of laptop speaker syndrome. i prescribe a good sub, come back and say that coki is shit when you've heard it properly (not on youtube)

coki's basslines are just retarded. coki - square off is still one of my favorites of all time.
i became a coki fan because i got burnt out listening to the same sound made over and over again with little-to-no variation or bass backing it (ie datsick and downlink).
as far as the vote, neither.

Downlink for me. His tunes have good production and are just better. Plus hes a way better DJ.

Yes they Do. You'd also like Reso & 16Bit (ignore chainsaw tune)

I listen to all types of dubstep and I agree that Coki is overrated on these boards mostly. His tunes are solid and he is an innovator but Im just not into his tunes personally.

these tunes for me just have nothing that i can groove to...
they're too samey same for me...with little musical element (imo). its just these same noises edited slightly each time with a different sample with no depth just loads of shit going on and thats wot makes the people who like it (i assume) move, not the bass driving the groove or the drum pattern.
im sure these producers could make bassweighty stuff but its a shame they dont, so as far as dmz fanboys go...count me in

Another thing with artists like this is that they rely on build ups then huge drops... they dont make tunes that just start and all the elements merge together, like most of malas tunes and various others.
And there should be a neither option to make the vote fair really.
