Really? I mean the string sample is nice but other than that the tune is a mess, no offence to whoever made it but it's all over the place, no coherence and nothing interesting happened after the first time the strings played through. I thought scorpion was far superior.

Gotta say I'm pretty confused about this comp now, as the tunes have been re-ordered but the voting panel still has rising chief twice so like...whaaaat.

This whole thing has been a bit haphazard :\ still fun though, hopefully round two will go more smoothly ehy

EDIT: Hmm, if two votes for son of shaolin have accidentally gone to the other track maybe we should reset the votes and do it properly from the start this time? with no duplicate tracks (surely then there won't be a section with 3 tracks in either) and a more easy to understand layout etc so people don't mess up their votes..

Whoever made stonepalms must be piiiiiiissed off that their track wasn't included at first and now it's there to listen to but it's still called rising chief on the voting panel :\

i have the same opinion.. seems a bit conceptless...

Also what's the official deal on the fight that your own tune is in? I was gonna leave it blank and not vote for either but if everyone else is voting for their own tune then I'm gonna be down a vote and my opponent will be up a vote. That should have been outlined in the original post as well I think. Either everyone automatically votes for their own or nobody does, otherwise it's unfair because the more morally minded of us lose out.

Not to be that guy, but electric wave is 85bpm, so i didn't vote for it. Shame as well, I was really feeling it, sounds like bonobo or something.

i voted for the guy against me. why? because their tune was far superior. if you feel your tune is better, vote for your self. big fucking deal

I kind of agree. Most of the tracks seem to have no structure and seem quite random. I voted at the start and didnt notice the tracks and names were in the wrong order:(

I abstained from my own, just dunt feel right innit,

Iceman and Son of Shaolin are just sick and on the full player Iceman has the best soundcloud waveform ive ever seen!

Votes should be counted by users logins so we know who has voted. I know a few people on here who have more than 3 or 4 logins

we can't start again... there have been over 600 veiws already,

as for stone palm.... just wait & see what the final numbers are, he was 11down when I got it sorted.

It was quite a rigmarole sorting this as it came, I'm pretty blazed & I had to sort out soundcloud & make sure I had all the tracks.

Only one track was not download enabled.

Anyways.... hopefully it runs smoother from now!!
