No. I cant say that i like minimal sound. Shackleton itself represent a middleside between minimal techno music and fat hypnotic dubstep sound. My friend likes minimal-techno scene. Kompact label and so on... and he likes shackleton sound too. But he don't like dupstep as much.
In some topics above we talk about photek. so he is famous for his version of clearly brilliant break loops. he made a form of minimalistic DNB which wasn't so minimalistic )) i like when dubstep is going this way like many many years before. )) its fine that kryptic minds made deep tech before falling in dubstep scene.
"ebony sounds" is replacement for some words that are not welcome on this forum. gangsta sound maybe... i don't like it.
PS: anyway - all this is just my point of vision.

I'd say Fused Forces, Lost & Emalkay have a good mix off the top of my head

Shackleton makes dubstep.
Edit: understand a bit more after reading your next post but still... I've always seen Shackleton as dubstep as its most basics, incredibly constructed drums and deep, powerful basslines that can make you shit yourself

cluekid, Fused Forces and N-Type make a quite dirty sound. see the name of the topic ))
There was a time i stuck in Jammer - Fire Hydrant instrumental. There is a nice moment with gun reloading sound. Unfortunally other stuff from Jammer wasnt so good for me.

jammer produces grime. so he is neither "filth" or "original"

i've always thought that subscape does the 2 well, on the one hand you have nothing's wrong and then on the other you have low heights.
