not that they've ever been sold, but surely the rarest records in dubstep are the dubplates themselves?
for example Mala is the only person I've heard play "Anti War Dub VIP" and while i doubt he'd ever ever want to sell it, the value of it were it to appear on eBay now would surely outstrip all bids for say, the original DMZ 12" of "Anti War Dub".

Gives me a nice feeling to know I have quite a few of the records mentioned on here.
Noticed DMZ002 is going for £400 on discogs.

The Doldrums records sold out pretty quick, not sure how rare they are though.

Sister Ray had a few of Doldrums003 that were lying around. Picked up the last one apparently.

El-B - El-Brand
Label: Not On Label
Catalog#: BD009
Format: Vinyl, 12", White Label
Country: UK
Released: 2000
Genre: Electronic
Style: UK Garage
Oh the things I'd do for this release, for those who don't know it's the 3rd track in on the Burial/Kode9 MAH mix. Proper deep garage vibes. Ive got into the habit of collecting garage classics. This and
Tuff Jam - Key Dub are on my to do list. Incredibly hard to find these old garage 12's, good ones anyway.

It's not mine, was being played at a night. It really is a DMZ01 white label.

I smashed my one of these about 4 years ago maybe and my friend in wales (Bigup Nicki Borg) sent me a spare he had! Its too good
I'm starting to think I best move all my old records from under the stairs to a more fitting space seeing as I have pretty much every tune mentioned here and didnt realise just how much people are willing to pay for them. Only thing is, who the fuck would sell their old records? These things are worth far more than money alone!
Oi Blackdown, whcih do you rate most then outta the 2 Anti's?! Cos I have to say I thought the VIP was too good....
