Fair enough, guess that wasn't the original point of the remix. Still, if i give this a shot I doubt im going to put a ton of time in unless im really stuck with the stuff im working on now.

i'm up for it, only thing is if there's a deadline, please make it more than 48 hrs, that battle royale comp taught me the hard way i cannot come up with something decent in such a short notice

Personally, I loved the 48 hours. Unfortunately, I had something come up that severely limited my availability, but still. 48 hours is like no bullshit, do it, and get it done.

But I think a week is reasonable for this. Can we just make start and stop times local? GMT can joggle these.

I think I'm out on this one. Too much going on at the moment and focused on my own tunes presently.

48hrs is like hey i just finished this and after having the same shit on repeat for such a short period of time i can't take a step back to make some decent mixing decisions or a break to make any objective changes

Yeah, buy the track, but making a parody is a fair use in the us, and likely the equivalent in the uk.

Yeah I'm in. Make the length a week. It's hard for people to find two days to sit down and work on music.

Obviously no one will know if it's a legal copy, but In the interest of covering my own arse, I'll implement a 'Don't ask, Don't tell" policy.
