I miss Oberon.. I love the wide amount of beer selection Chicago has but its been about 5 years since i had Boulevard on tap.. and Bell's gone now.. on the postive i would have never had Three Floyd's had i not moved out here.. sorry for off-topicness.

yeah, so what was up with that crowd? where did all of those people come from? I think i liked hearing dubstep at cafe lura more, idk,the whole vibe last night was not eurotrashy enough, meh. I expected there to be more dnb raver types.

Digi, didn't you know by now that the dnb raver types are the biggest haters of our sound. Anyway we'll see what kind of people come out to Lava.
I would say it was a pretty successful night. There was a mixed crowd but I definitely noticed that a fair amount was there for the dub. Huge ups to everyone that rocked the tunes and kept the joint skankin. Cringer banged a bunch of forum dubs, it was nice to hear that shit on a proper system.
Can't wait for my turn at the next one, good thing it's coming up quick.

Yea missed this...I will try and make it may 4th
as for oberon, weak batch this year...really hasn't tasted crisp in like 4-5 years...there is always two hearted though

a large portion of dubstep fans are former dnb fans who are looking for something more interesting, idk. lava seems so appropriate, haven't been to the new one yet tho.
