Ross's flow is tremendous, but if you listen to what he's saying

the fucking story - The guitar solo between Yeezy and Ross though -
Phenomenal.

Jay-Z kills Yeezy on Monster and So appalled in terms of content.

All of this stems from the fact that Rhymefest isn't ghostwriting his
songs any more.

tbh I don't care if Rick Ross (or a lot of rappers for that matter) are saying something, as long as it sounds good. especially ross since everything he says is made up anyway but his music always sounds amazing.

His main boys are JUSTICE league... amazing musicians and
EMP specialists... A lot of credit to their production skills.

Btw the cameo by Chris Rock is hillarious.

Apart from Kanye's pretty rubbish rapping Devil In A Dress is fantastic tune.

I really fucking dig this track... video's lazy, but worth it for the Rhi-Rhi boobs. Even my lady said she couldn't concentrate on her face!

The album's alright to me. Dude's pretty much the biggest "star" on the planet or whatever..at least the music isn't offensively mediocre like most shit on the radio. The production is downright incredible at moments. That said, his occasional sing-rapping is really bad.

Funny how divisive kanye is. I don't much like the guy, but he makes pretty undeniably well crafted pop music. Why even come into the thread when you already have such a strong opinion..?

I lost patience with Kanye the personality when he stopped being a big ego in a crowd of big egos - all MCs talk like Kanye, but not many of them have an audience as big as Kanye which crosses pretty much right over from the hiphop crowd to being appreciated by mainstream pop crowds, various types of EDM and even some of the indie people. Someone with that sort of stage has a bit of a responsibility to not act like a total douche all the time, but it's his life and I doubt he'll ever be short of people telling him his shit smells like marzipan.

Kanye the musician I really find it hard to dislike. I even dug the shit out of parts of 808s and Heartbreaks.
