I'm not really over worked, my work load is doable, but my skills are definitely underpaid. Looking for a new job soon.

espesh how in these countries there is also massive under-employment .

That %60 of people in soup kitchens bein in work in US being a great example.

Really talking about two differant sectors of society tho.

Some people are being paid for 8 hours when the job could be done in 4.

Some people are working 12-16 hour days & cant feed em selves.

some people are working 60 hour weeks to afford shit they dont want or need. great system.

I cant complain. I bought a house, renovated it (whilst working fulltime) sold it & havnt clocked on for 6 mnths

8)

i spend most of my time at work waiting for things to go wrong and then coordinating the fixes, so i'd say for 65% of my week i'm vastly overpaid, and for the remainder i'm criminally underpaid.

which sort of balances itself out

i'm not sure what my point is
