i'm pretty sure all of those producers have an access virus TI in their arsenal. I know for a fact deadmau5 does, pretty sure feedme and wolfgang have one as well - judging by the sounds i've heard them use them (i have a virus ti snow for reference). so. many. waveforms. oh, sorry though, that's about all i have to add.

Yo!!
This sound isn't as hard as you think. I made it in FL Studio with the 3x Oscillator for christ sake.
It's all about splitting up your frequencies and applying whatever sounds good wherever. Play around with distortion and compression but keep the raw saw sound.
Also try adding a tiny layer of white noise to get a buzzy feel to it. It makes all the difference I promise.
Try not to get to into one sound because eventually it will sound like shit no matter what. I spent hours making one synth and thought it was shit at the end. I came back the next day and realized it was the best sound I've ever made haha.

It's cool, I just tried the z3ta demo because I realised I've never tried it (like a retard) and it's very versatile at making really intense waveforms... I'm screwing around with it now, it's so awesome!!
I've already gotten really close!

This is really not difficult, you need to do this ....
Osc1 - Sawtooth =>
Osc2 - Sawtooth slightly down pitched (works best with synth where you can trigger the phase of the osc
+ Noize osc , amount as you feel ...
all have to go inside a distortion of your choise ....
the 2 saws which are slightly differntly pitched causes some counterphase action, which give life to the sound...
the powerful saw sound going inside the distortion which causes a compression, so when the saw is on top of the amplitude the noise is shortly cut off ... thats the isss feeling you get in ther sound ( i talk about the sound at min 1:00 when you say first song in which i herad this)
the initial phase of the osc lets you set how this counterphases acts, moving the init phase, then hitting a note will let you hear the difference, move init phase, and hit note, move n hit, move n hit... you will hear a slight difference which basically is cause by the different levels of the single harmonics of the sound!
in my opinion the one in that song is done with a virus access, cause this kind of sounds are best done with this synth... you can also try to do it with other but you'll never get to that exact tone... you need a virus to do that ....
i tried and i did somethin similar with operator on ableton live....
