Trotting makes me think ramp LFO, but honestly, this just sounds like a regular wub with no attack and a filter envelope that closes rather than opens so you have that burst at the beginning of it.
Which would mean that individual notes would do it (say you lined them all up in 16ths.).
Each note would "trot", but if you lined them up in 8ths you would get a trot on every 8th, and a wobble on every other 16th, depending on how you've got it set up.

You'd probably get a lot more help if you were more specific, I just did this, and it works, nobody can tell you what to do if you don't fucking know what sound you're after in the first place, mate.

If you're using massive, the performer is all kinds of sexy for doing this stuff.
Sounds like they did it in audio though, chopping it all up.

Yeah, I think you're over-complicating it man. If more than one person is doing it, it can't some super secret magic trick or anything. I bet if you spent an hour or two trying out the things that have been recommended you'd find that it's not that difficult.

i've been at it for awhile fam and have been trying your method... If you did it, id like you to upload it to soundcloud so i can hear it to determine what it is your doing.. Comming back and saying that doesn't Help shit mate.

I'm not Over Complicating it at all...... ??? I Posted videos for a certain way the bassline is going.. How am i making this complicated?
It's one thing for people to just TALK AND TYPE THINGS, than it is to prove it and show it, instead of comming back typing so timeless useless shit.

You're over complicating it by thinking it's some crazy trick that no one knows how to do

Just spend some time trying all the things that have been suggested and experimenting a little. No one is going to tell you exactly how to do it and it definitely won't sound exactly like the songs you posted so just be patient and don't expect it do be perfect after 5 minutes.
And I have no idea what you're trying to say in that second part... Are you asking us to prove that this is how you get that sound? You're the one who wants it, take our advice and do it yourself. I have no interest in this sound, I was just trying to help you, so don't be a prick.

You could do all that... Or you could just write with a shuffle feel/swung note.

Kes-es is right about the process : ramp LFO + play with 8ths for the trotting feel. In the MI tune it's a sine LFO tho.
It's just a matter of practice to make it sound right.
Edit : and in the Excision tune, the ramp LFO sometimes goes backward as well.
