The visible otters bit had me in bits when I first saw 'If you prefer a milder comedian....' mans a genius.

I was worried when he reused the visible otters joke, but the way he extended it had me in stitches. Love how he's replaced the sketches with the Iannucci bits too, they're funny as fuck.

No I didn't - good choice of script partner though, Morris is great. I'm guessing he's more involved in the Lannucci bits than the body of stand up, you never know though. Does anyone remember The Day Today?? - Chris Morris and Steve Coogan etc. doing a spoof news show back in the mid 90's. Clever satire man.

Off topic. It's a small world; I've shared a stage with someone who Stewart Lee claims to have been orienteering with (Shane from Napalm Death lol)

You shared a stage with Shane from Napalm Death? How?

He played guest bass on a couple of songs with for a band called Anaal Nathrakh. My band supported them. We're an extreme metal band based in B'ham so I guess it was inevitable - Shane gets around a lot lol

Whose your band? might be seeing Anaal in Cardiff soon.

Jam, Brasseye, The Day Today and Alan Partridge are probably the best comedy that was ever on TV.

Blue Jam, the radio series, is even better than the TV series. Absolutely brilliant.
