hate to ask on someone elses post, i was gonna post about it, but looking for a vst i seen awhile back that was free and for the life of me cant remember the name. it was basically a vst that could make a sound sound watery lol it was made by someone who started off on hardcore free vst then went to payfors he has a shit ton of vsts out but i cant remember any of them lol...thx in advance

err. finally found it its called mister liquid. heres a link to all this guys vsts im sure majority of you have heard or used this dudes vsts if not gl, other than that sorry whoring your post space OP

thanks for the replys guys, ill check these out! PS does anyone know a good filter VST with an LFO? i LOVE tone2 bifilter... but no LFO!!! autofilter on ableton is pretty good but it lacks comb filters and formants, etc

For actually creating basses I use 3xOSC and Scanned Synth Pro.
Effects that I've been using a lot of on my basses lately are:
Fruity Blood Overdrive - SImple yet extremely effective
Distroyr
TinMan
Oligarc Chorus
Olgarc Drive
NastyDLA
Pantheon
Classic Reverb
Which ones I use just come down to the sound I'm trying to create and which ones have the best result. I like to keep multiple types of each effect plugin since they all seem to have their own little quirks and different results. However, these plugins always make it into pretty much every project I make.
