Yeah.... haven't been overly impressed with grime's output of late.glacial wrote:The last may 2006 mix was fucking sick cause it was more grimey ya know.
Now it is more dubstep. Anyway thanx.
right r u man, but don't forget about yourself, I think you are the only producer who can combine the advantages of both styles creating "more than grime"(c) ya know. Your album sounds like that and it's wicked.Plasticman wrote:Yeah.... haven't been overly impressed with grime's output of late.glacial wrote:The last may 2006 mix was fucking sick cause it was more grimey ya know.

It's stuck in a dead end.... MC'ing is getting better but the productions are awful.

Personally don't want to loose "grimey" PlasticianSo come on man we need bangers like intensive snare cause it sounds raw and deep at the same time.
I guess ya know what I mean.
and yeah stable (means forever hehe) link for this mix: http://dubstep.com.ua/download/Plastician_May_2007.mp3
The initial origin of both genres were the same, it makes sense that Dubstep could adopt productions with MCs and/or vocals, and no calling it Grimestep will not help mattersPlasticman wrote:Top man for hosting that!!glacial wrote:right r u man, but don't forget about yourself, I think you are the only producer who can combine the advantages of both styles creating "more than grime"(c) ya know.
