pretty sure its cause they fell out with each other after wiley made wearing my rolex. i dont think they really talk to each other much these days hence why loads of people dont know they are related.

Been said on the main forum, but if you check the liner notes for 'Intergalactic', it's produced by Coki & Smurks.. right in front of our noses this whole time tbh

My best mates brother knew a guy whos cousin had a dubplate called : dub soldier which was a coki production with wiley providing rasta style vocals.

The common speculation is that they had a major split after Wearing my Rolex but have heard some people say that Spongebob was originally supposed to be a Wiley instrumental. After Wiley told Coki that he thought he was distancing himself from his roots and selling out they had a minor row. Not so long after that Wiley released Wearing My Rolex and Coki stopped speaking to him because of his hypocritical behavior. A few months ago they started meeting up again.
This is also a possible reason for the digital release of Urban Ethics, as Coki is trying to access that mainstream audience in preparation for the release of the Wiley collab.
