I did look up the name before using it, and found nothing. I also just looked it up again and found nothing about anyone else called 'DRTY'.

I'd also like to see proof that you have Trademarked the name 'DRTY', I have checked with the IPO (Intellectual Property Office), both the UK one, and the US one, and there is no registered Trademark.
In copyright law, names cannot generally be copyrighted, only creations, such as music, documents, pictures etc. Trademarks are also only only bound within the country they are registered.
