Facial hair doesn't grow uniformly so you have to cut back some parts (NECK-BEARD!), so that the bits that grow slower (cheek bits) can catch up.

Or something like that.

Some people go just grow beards better than others. Mine (when I let it grow) is still patchy.

Been rocking a big bushy beard for about 4 years now, have to trim it back every now and then as it gets mad out of control at times. Never gets itchy either. It is a sideburns, part cheek, chin beard, doesn't go around into mo territory as I can only grow hair down one side of my mouth line haha.

Can get the double fisted chin stroke going on when it is at peak length.

When some of you were sucking tits that bore a striking genetic similarity to yourselves, I had a beard long enough that I could lift it up and fold it back up to my eyebrows. Jokes. Looked awesome when I stuck my tongue out in that state.

Used to hang out with a pretty successful indi rocker, 6 3, muscular surfer golden boy type. At one point we both had pretty serious beards going. Would call it beard repellent. The girls would just turn and run.

same here dude. except mines grows a bit differently. i grow pretty thick in the side burns and chin area. but there is a patch in between my chin and my side burns that just does not grow. and yeah my neck is so sporadic it looks ridiculous. sometimes i can get away with shaving everything but my side burns and chin just trim up around them and keep them pretty short and it looks like i can grow better than i can lol.
