in summer, winter always seems so nice...

i always imagine being all wrapped up and cosy with a hot chocolate and waking up and walking out in the snow

but in reality i get sick of winter after a few weeks and it starts depressing me

I have gained a high tolerance for the cold, I barely have the heating on in my flat even in the last few winters (to the dread of my tropical mates) and I love grey skies and winter sunsets though the leafless trees.

This. Once you have experienced a Canadian winter it puts things in perspective. They don't cry about snow either unlike us UK pussays. Country practically comes to a standstill.

Love winter though. Perfect time for a walk across the city at night with some Burial tunes.

 Straight up badman! Spent a few months in Winnipeg in '05. Felt like the coldest place on Earth.

EDIT: "According to Environment Canada, Winnipeg is the coldest city in the world with a population of over 600,000 based on the average night-time temperature during December, January and February, inclusive."

Maybe it was.

I don't post to "be cool". I don't know any of you and probably never will, so why bother? I'm just stating my opinions. If how I view things bothers you, then you're not inclined to read. I'm new but I'm not stupid, slat.
again, Hi, I'm a homophobe., you're trying too hard
Well I don't dig on dick so it's totally okay for you to chill out, bro

Got fairly nice weather here at the moment. Basically want it to stay alright for a while then I just want snow.

Fuck the shitty grey days that are slightly cold but just all rain. Hot weather or snow is good and that's it. Hate England's stupid halfway point it stays in most of the year.

I usually think that but once it gets bitterly cold and all the transport is fucked, or really hot and I'm on the tube to work I soon wish for mild drilzzly burial listening weather!

Nah fuck that. Guess it's cause I'm in the countryside for the summer or winter so when it's hot I go to the sea or swim in a lake on the moors and when it's snowing at Christmas I'll get stuck with snowed in at my mum's house when I'm visiting and get left with the only options being to go to the local pub in the village or go dick about with sledging or home made snow boards.
