Had a rare heart condition that was only noted in countries in Africa.
chronic joint pain in my hip which is out of alignment, that spreads through my leg to my knee
constant lower back pain
history of clinical depression and mood disorders
allergic to penicillin
terrified of needles

Asthma, insomnia and aspergers syndrome. I can get quite depressed often too but thats usually when i havn't been sleeping much. Oh yeah tinitus and ibs. alergic to a fuck load of things too, thinking about it im not a healhy person for shit..

got a dodgy eardrum in my right ear, nearly 1/3 volume sometimes (especially when I get a cold) that's about it tho
doesn't affect me too much cos I've had it since I was about 3 so I guess mty brain compensates somehow. I can localise sound as good as the next man so I don't look around like a derk when someone calls my name behind me

To be fair it's not really a measure of health. I have perfect blood pressure, great lungs, only 11% body fat and I train muay thai several times a week. It just sucks that from time I get so much pain that I am unable to walk easily and my skin flares up. So I have to sit on the sofa thinking how much it sucks because underneath all that, I am super healthy!
