For a true, authentic sucking sound you're going to need a dyson.

To get that sound it's basically well layered synths that are sidechained.
I got extremely close using 3 layered synth sounds. one low, one mid and one high. You gotta get 3 sounds that all work well together.
Also I used a short reverse cymbal sample everytime the synths pump, to add an extra bit of high end and accentuate the pumping sound.
What plugin for the synths?
You could use any plugin. What he's describing can be done on most synth based VST's. Whatever works best.
Some of you guys are such snobs its insane.

Gemini uses massive for his sound

And its all about side chaining bro

Try getting one of his songs in your frequency analyser just to see where the synth is hitting and tune yours to around that

I also know that he uses three separate synths for his sound, all put into one bus and then sidechained

Listening to it, he's got a nice gritty saw on the bottom and then he's got a highpassed something or other (probs triangles for that smoothness) and then he has a string sounding synth

try experimenting with that

I'd also recommend not using much distortion at all, you want it to sound smooth and with the amount of compression you'll be using, thats not always easy
