They can't refuse to treat an emergency. There's "free healthcare" or at least cheap as shit healthcare about in various forms to those who need it. A friend of mine was kept in hospital for several weeks with loads of tests done on him and only had to pay a few hundred. He was able to prove he truly couldn't afford it so the costs were dropped to a fraction. I asked him about it several months later and he said he still didn't pay. Not sure if he ever did. Not saying it's that easy for everyone, but it's not unheard of.
Yeah but like southstar said im pretty sure any long term treatments like organ transplants aren't covered by the government. I could be wrong though...

This article reminds me of this badman: Man injects silicone into penis for 6 years (nsfw video).

They should hang out together.
"so yeh, im challenging people's conceptions about what a penis should look like... and what a penis should... be...and do...''

LOL

couldn't be happier that that man has mutilated his genitals, least now hopefully he can't breed?

and no, i feel in no way challenged by what he's done

fucking. mad man.

You are aware that the nations highest unemployment rates are in Nevada, Cali, Michigan, and Washington DC right? None of which are 'in the south" ?

I live in the south, went to school in Cali (san diego/los angeles). Just as many people lazy as fuck in Cali as in the south. Only difference is the south they're fighting through terrible schooling, the echo's of slavery, segregation, and things like natural disasters, droughts, etc. In Cali they're just fucking lazy.

I tried to stay out of the thread but that was the lamest post I've read in a while. Obviously you know NOTHING about the evolution of mentality in Germany since WWII

Well they seem to be able to piss trillions away on war in the middle east. Maybe they should use that money to help people in their own country.
