yeah i know where you mean with the beaconsfield and high wycombe bridge
i wish i could join this motorway convo but my life is m1...junction 30 to the END of the m1 south, there and back everyday.... so so so soooo long

my life is pretty much m25 but mostly A3. i know its an A road, but its 3 lanes for the most part, and is one of the busiest roads into london. and you can see wembley and palace from tolworth. i like a good view on road.
is it the M1 southbound that you get a good view of london?
nothing beats epsom downs for that of course.

M4 edges it, though when the M40 turns into the A40 thats a different matter.... great A road
M40 northbound has that sweet 5 lane section just past Beaconsfield where it sweeps down over the High Wycombe Bridge, then the climb followed by that immense downhill section looking out across the fields. Can easily reach a ton there, even in my piece of shit Pug.
Theres a few secions of the M40 i always remember, the big John Lewis by the High Wycombe turning, the fosters brewery with the wind turbine nearer Reading and my personal favorite, driving through the cliifs up near Oxford

Last time i went on the M25 i got stuck in a contraflow with the car literally running on fumes, was shit scared i was going to break down and cause a massive tailback
