'High end' water is bullshit, though.
Komt toch pils uit de kraan in Enschede?

Nope, the minerals in it do. And a bad combination of minerals will end up tasting like shit.

I see, when you drink water from the ocean, you can't taste this one mineral called salt that is in it. Most people can, btw.

It's funny that beer was brought up, because it's the same concept. It's merely water with stuff in it. You can taste the stuff.

But whatever, go ahead and try to sound smart and fail miserably.

i 've heard that the hormones in the birthcontrol pill are getting in the water (via peepee) and the process in the sewage treatment plant isn't able to filter it out. this surely applies to other pharmaceuticals aswell. i'm no hypochondriac but maybe someone has a reliable source on that.

Don't all hormones we pee out get into the water?

Boil the water before you drink it, then stick it in the fridge. That solves all problems.

It`s rather hot in Thailand, the last thing I wanted to do was boil the water and wait for it to cool.

The water purification system was never designed to filter out hormones so all the synthetic oestrogen and progesterone in The Pill keep going round and round (they also hemaphrodise fish which we then eat)... same for plastics, they release xeno-oestrogen which is more powerful than normal, biologically orginating oestrogen and are probably a prime cause of cancer but are not filtered.

There's also a fuck load of drugs in there!

That's what fridges and freezers are for! Anyway, just boil enough the night/day before.
