I can't even remember the metal bands i used to listen to, was more leaning towards 'hard core'
now if i listen to music like that... i don't

i just listen to the volta or some incubus haha

The Faceless. Micheal Keene brings a jazzy taste to tech death. But, as far as best band i saw live? Either Veil of Maya, or Cannibal Corpse. Veil of Maya brought the heat, but Cannibal Copse was too fucking heavy.

Mastodon probably. Saw them twice, once with Between the Buried and Me and Baroness (both awesome bands) and once with Dillinger Escape Plan and Red Fang.

Pelican and Isis are both awesome as well.
