the tap water in my house is insane tho, its mega cold and is crazy soft
the only upside to living in the welsh valleys is that you never have to replace kettles or boilers, the water tastes amazing and you don't get that awful yellow line around the bath
my cold water tap in my bath has been fucked for like 3 years, constantly dripping, and there's only the faintest scum line

makes sense that we have to pay for one of the most abundant and fundamental elements on our planet.

I buy a couple bottles of flavoured water for at home, and buy a small one everytime im out more or less. I drink the flavoured water instead of like buying coke, lemonade etc. I use the taps still tho for like robinsons and shit. My flatmate however hates the taste of tap water and never drinks it so buy bottled water all the time!

Its really crap for making green tea with too. I had this problem at my nans house lol. It was a bit cloudy and tasted a more bitter than when I make it at home. I think Londons water is hard because most of it is drawn from chalk aquifers.

Tap water tastes the same everywhere here, all good. I only buy bottled water at raves, water source is the same as
tap in most cases.
I reuse plastic bottles all the time, I didn't die because of it. Studies from 2003 show the whole deha story
was bullshit. Then there's tons of other studies that are actually about types of plastics that aren't even used for bottles.
I don't believe in filtering tap water either.

London water does taste shit.
Best was when I was living in the middle of fucking nowhere and all the water came from a privately used spring.
However if the weather really got bad the fields would flood then the filters would jam and the water would come out brown

bottled water is for when you're in another country, at a rave or too hungover to drink from a glass in bed.

Used to drink water straight from the tap until I found out it contained high levels of copper and lead. Then I built a coal filter and it's all good again.

I only drink bottled water when I'm out and about. When I'm in a developed country then most of the time I'd drink tap water anyway (if I'm in the US, then it depends on which part and where I'm staying). Any other place I'd go for bottled water or boiled water.
Water does taste different from country to country due to differences in mineral content, hardness, chlorination and fluorination.
