Underground fallout shelter with the walls painted dark red and black.
Subs in the see-through floor and against the walls with not much high end, mostly lows and mids.
DJ booth has decks and a mixer which can be covered by a wooden piano cover type thing that folds down to create table space so someone can set up sampler/drum machines. There is also huge blocks of dry ice underneath the booth to make the floors especially foggy. The only lighting is red and UV lights against the walls aiming downward, and a projector randomly shooting out video into the top of the room/fog.

All word of mouth, so hopefully there's never too many people. I'd like to try something where the artist is paid based on performance by donations from the attendees. So if they are shit, they won't get much. Obviously still would pay for travel expenses if needed though.

Laser quest; be given the guns and chest thing at the start then you have to go through a series of mazes to find the main room where the booth will be. Obviously there would be many differant tunnels leading to the main room that all have speakers built in.
In fact there should be 3 rooms with differant music, the music gets louder the closer you are to one of the 3 rooms so you could just follow the better track that is being played whilst shooting people.
You should also be able to choose which colour laser you have.

I just mean not more high end than subs. Too many places I've been recently had piercing high end and mediocre bass. Obviously you need some yeah.

Well, first we'd have to build a pressurized, transparent dome on the sea-floor.
