Not yet... I tried to find some good grime vocal for it, but without success. Too bad, it's a fuk*in bomb on a big sound...

These are pretty lush.

First tune posted, same sample as "lounging" by G.U.R.Us Jazzmatazz project?

If you're referring to the "horns" in Think About That , it's not the same samples as in "Loungin' ... well it's all jazz innit?

I'll revisit the tune sometimes soon, have some mastering issues with it...

I also said that when my fb page reach 1000 (now it's around 940) i'll give a nice pack of freebies, so Bassacre might just be in the pack ;)

heh man even if you don't make it I salute you. It was VERY important to me that the record is sold mostly because of hypotetical expectations from the label, and because it was my first "real" record (I really don't dig digital only releases so much) . Lo Dubs did great job, the cut is awesome, the tune sounds BIG on proper soundsystem, and the most important, after this release they quickly decided to do another one, with the recent tunes I'm proud of (especially Woodpecker's Groove) .

Major respect to Portland's Lo Dubs crew, I'm doing music for most of my life now (whether it's playing guitar in a punk hardcore band, keyboards in some crossover stuff, live dub&reggae, producing electronic music or doing live sound eng. for other bands) I do it because it fullfills me to max, because it is, was and will be my life 4ever, and not because it could be "profitable" or because some "label" wants it to sound this way. So it's a privilege, an honour and may I say, luck, that I found label like Lo Dubs that decided to invest in the thing I love the most.

As far as vinly release concerns in the future I would like to see a majority of amazing and still unknown producers (and there are many many of them) to refuse digital only releases and force "millions" of digital-only ("I don't give a fuck about it except post it on Beatport") labels to turn vinyl (& digital... It's not THAT expensive to produce like 200,300 vinyls) . Because the feeling when you hold your own record (and give it to your vinyl-only oldschool proud dad :D) in hand is undiscribable and there are many many of you that deserve that feeling, and it's worth of wait for the opportunity...

Obviously I'm a bit drunk, so I'm out...

Peace & Love & Respect :Q:

BIG ups ^ yeah the Lo Dubs crew is great, Lo Dubs is probably my favorite label ever. I go to Anthem Records (which is the record shop that Lo Dubs is based in) pretty much every weekend, so it's great being able to talk to Jon AD and ryan organ and the rest of the guys there - they're really awesome people.

And I messaged Ryan and he said he'd hold a copy of egoless for me at anthem so it looks like I'll be bagging it :)
