always has been & will,

a light comes on
we wander around looking at what's here & who is with us
for 80 years or so

then the light goes out
the dense blackness persists
within which there is nothing to wait for

that conceptualization liberates me
depending upon what aspect I identify with

I'm talking about emergent properties of atoms, many, many orders of magnitude larger.

Angst about whether we pre-exist or are created upon coming into life...
I agree is ultimately a waste of energy
and I guess that's my point.
