ntdll is related to the NT kernel, pure Windows business. It can happen with legit software.
The file can become corrupted in which case you need to replace it. You can also try something like this:

Sometimes DEP causes ntdll errors.
Sometimes it's also caused by corrupted program installs, or corrupted memory/RAM.
If you get that error a lot, something is wrong in Windows or possibly your RAM (rare).
If it's a one time thing, or only with FL then maybe you didn't reinstall it correctly. Make sure you remove all traces of it first with something like Ccleaner:

are you talking about when you click a sound it plays on a track in the mixer, basically when your "previewing" the sound?
if so go into your preferences, i think its under "general" not sure though, and youll see "preview mixer track" or something like that, turn it to null if you dont want that happening.

Do you have Ableton? Try opening those FL plugs in it. Go to your FL PLugins folder and create a shortcut to the .dll file and move that shortcut to your Ableton plugins folder. Ableton should recognize them and let you open them in it. If they work, then you'll know if its just a problem with FL reading the plugs and not the plug ins themselves.
That wont work on most of the FL plugins. The stock plugins arent VST, image-line sells VST versions of a few plugins, but the ones you get when you buy FLStudio arent the vst versions, they only work in FL, and FL only works with them.
