Went through a long period of following ukhh

Jehst, Braintax, Dirty Diggers, Sundragon and Taskforce did it for me

The production just got so samey (hopefully some one on hear can prove me otherwise because I have lost touch)

Nowadays its the 15 second rule for me im afraid - if the rapper don't blow me away with something I can personally identify with (and not the regurgertated struggle of the human condition) then the beat has got to be next level to keep me listening.

..can't really say that Grime appeals to me - although I heard a few tracks played by MAHobbs a while back that were really creative and interesting.
I does make me smile from time to time though
It has a lot of energy and is changing rapidly

more than can be said for ukhh in recent years

for me its all about phi life cypher.

those guys have got the illest raps, just listen to millenium metaphors or A.B.C and the lyrics are just something else. Grime has got its good points, but theres too many shit artists on channel u who just carnt mc that bring down the whole scene imo. gotta love virus syndicate though.

but uk hip hop for me.

phi life cypher are sick.

and i agree, it's like channel U has no quality control. needs more filtering.
