peanuts are good, if they're in those little tube pack that you can pour in your mouth. grapes and stuff are nice. a beer if its real late or something.

i don't really make a habit of it but as my 'studio' is in my living room and I'm usually sat at the comp anyway, I don't really plan my sessions, I'll open my DAW several times during the day it's just part of the daily mish really and I'll eat if I'm hungry or just got some shit from the shop, non of it's like "I'll eat sweets when producing" Hell I'm way to unorganized for that type of shit lol
