Although mine sounds a little too tin like, I'm sure just a bit of effects will fix that, maybe an EQ, thanks for the halp
If you literally took the flp and changed some of the massive perameters, fuck you.
If you didn't and actually learned from it and made your own version that's cool.
If you didn't even touch this flp I apologize but that lazer is the EXACT sound from the flp he uploaded.
IMO, more people need to create their own sounds influenced by the artists they enjoy, rather than trying to replicate specific synths to the letter. I'm sure Skrillex didn't copy shit from noisia livestreams then come to forums bragging about how good the sound he copied is. Nope, he just found a boss sound, made some dope tracks and climbed the success ladder.

I agree to an extent. (for the record I didn't make that bass lol)
It's a great way to learn synthesis

Dude what a hell? Wtf is up with your behaviour? This stuff is 100% done by me and the lazer thing is just a simple patch from youtube tutorials, why everyone's instantly flames about similar sounds? Everyone uses massive these days, it's the same vst what do you expect? And btw i have no intentions to copy/use his flp, cuz the patches I made sounds x100 times better than his (it's my opinion, no need to start flaming), reason is simple - all his demos are so repetitive and the bass isn't great at all, it's weak and it sounds like a bunch of farts to be honest.

Umm... I don't see anywhere that i was ''bragging about how good the sound he copied is''?

Great in which way? His ''remakes'' are barely remakes, 80% of the flp's are (stems, scores, sounds from original tracks) and his 10-15% part in it is (drums, few fx, and floyd's fart patches).

The reason i wanted to know was because i really like his style of bass so i wanted to learn it and than recreate it to something new, see ya what i mean? it's good to learn how other people make their sounds so you can have your own tips and tricks to make new sounds from what you learned, but i already found out the secret, it was modulating the envelops and the right points to get that sharp heavy sound. thank you
Makes sense.
Checked out his livestreams. Noticed that he had envelopes on the oscpitch in many of his bass patches, never got to see the envelopes though. Interesting.
Bandreject and Double Notch filters were the most common ones, not very unexpected... but the sounds were sick!
Didn't see his effectschain, guessing that's where some of the magic lies. :s
