Just get CDs, loads of old grime CDs. Check discogs you can pick them up pretty cheap on there.

Roll Deep - Rules and Regulations is the one. Avalanche Music 2: JME is a decent instrumentals CD.. 96 bars of revenge :P:

juno/beatport has some nice back cat, i got morgue of there, and there definitely are youngstar's Pulse releases and more

is it just me though, or are the instrumentals not actually as good when the qualitys nice and theres not a bunch of angry ppl shoutin over it

imo grime is best at 92kbps recored on a terrible mic
