I was talking to Microphunk years and years ago and he said that my taste in music would slow down as I got older, as his had, and I thought "fuck off". He was right though.
I notice similar things happened to people like Karma Kid and Troy Gunner. When we were younger we used to make lots and lots of dnb haha. Now it's scarce at best.

Yea get this all the time. Had to take a break from bass heavy music and regained my love of rap again. I just try and remember all the stuff people have suggested to me in the past to try and find some new and exciting stuff. Getting into that 'emotional trap' (gna get burned for saying that but best way to describe it really) since I bum the weeknd so heavily.
Also getting back into grime, FWD on thur with joker swindle gemmy and starkey is actually exciting me instead of the usual raves with the mdma hipsters where i ususally go.
