Yeah there's no physical product being lost but honestly how can companies expect to be able to afford to develop new instruments if one of the richest producers in the world happily gives out the message to his fans that he doesn't pay for his shit which isn't even remotely expensive. Basically if you're willing to waste money throwing cakes at people, spend silly amounts on partying and shit and earn enough from just one dj gig to pay for all your synths you've ever owned but still won't invest a relatively small amount of money into your music then you're an utter cock.
