Really tempted to go out and buy the HD collection for the second time and I've already owned mgs4 twice.
Metal gear solid is the best game series ever IMO. Not really bothered about the new one, should have ended at 4, and solid snake with David hayter, wtf?

FUCKING YES mgs is the best, i´m not the biggest fan of shooters but mgs is just special, completely different to any other game plus the history as like an epic film

btw what is that save mgo in your sig jhonny 2 ? Me and some of my friends kept playing to mgo until they close it, we spent like 3 years playing without getting bored, crazy

Nope, 24.
Own an Atari, NES, Genesis, N64, PS2, Gamecube, GameBoy, GB Pocket, GB Color, GBA, GBA SP and PS3. Modded both my Gamecube and PS2 for backups, have an EZFlash IV for my Gameboy, and am still hunting down a ZIP Drive for my N64.
Messed around/ was given hand me downs consisting of Commodore 64's, i386's, etc.
I didnt say "
the PS3 is nostalgic", I said the
Release games are starting to feel nostalgic. These games have been out for 7+ years now!
That is a significant amount of human years. In fact, for some people 7+ years is more than a 10th of their life span.

Hmm, I still don't get it. I'm 24 too and own a NES, SNES, N64, Gameboy Advance, Gamcube, Wii, Mastersystem, Megadrive, 32X, Gamegear, Saturn, Dreamcast, Neo Geo AES,PS1, PS2, PS3 plus I might buy an Atari 2600 on Tuesday that's going cheap in town (I felt like listing stuff too. haha) and I'm not that nostalgic about old ps3 games that much. Maybe it's because I slowed down a bit buying games but PS3 still feels recent for me even when playing the older games.

I don't think i will ever be nostalgic for anything that happened in this current gen. With this current gen the game industry really came out of his puberty. Not only the graphics became more beautiful, but also the storytelling received a prominent role in games. A thing that didn't only make the medium mature, but made it also interested for the non average game audience (read: the yelling underaged Americans and Nintendo freaks). And that's ofcourse a good thing, but because some things improved so good and became a essential part of the experience (online gaming) it also took away some things that i valued more in the previous gen. And i'm going to be nostalgic about those times. Those times were i and my friends played fifa 98 and Tekken till our thumbs were numb or playing GTA and laughed that we murdered someone with a fucking dildo. Or cheated on the original MoH so that we could play as an T-rex in the co-op mode. Or made our moms mad because we were playing Halo on max volume when it's was nearly midnight.

I wanted to for awhile but kept putting it off. I did however complete the game easily 15 times or more on various difficulties and receiving different play-style animals.
In fact i'm pretty sure all those constant installs was what caused my YLOD to happen on my first PS3 as fast as it did.
I may go back and aim for the Big Boss + No Kill playthrough now that I have artic silver on my GPU Chip, but im not anywhere near as good as what I was.
