This is pretty much std kwaito'esk house popular in most local clubs here.
I've been telling you guys about Pantsula and Kwaito house for ever.

Not really.
You get so many variants.

The percussive rhythms all follow a similar vein.
It's all kwaito house in the end.

This just has a tiny bit more emphasis on the sub drive.
Most club kwaito is lacking the sub and focuses more on the top end which can be terrible.
Occasionally you here this sort of vibe in cars or taxis and you have to go ask the guy what it is because it's almost impossible to find.
I walked into a cd store to dig a bit for random stuff and they put on a mix from some local guy just putting out club beats.
Some seriously good tunes, sub heavy, boody shakin business.

I know Kode 9 & LV feel this sound,(I think one of the LV guys are from our side)

Kode 9 played around this stuff too ,(got into it while down here the few times)







Then some new local kids mashing a grimier sound with it, also get some interest internationally

Then this guy, sick producer, South African living between London & cape town, got some 12"s singed and pretty mad releases.

He pretty much get all those tunes from the kids and actually takes their music to the next level

It has nothing to do with FL itself though.

LV stuff is different, plus it's mixed proper.
