biking is sort of different in denmark tbh, every car driver has to expect a load of bikes everywhere - especially in the capital of Copenhagen..
There was a period (probably still going) where you couldn't own a Hummer without getting your tires slashed everyday. Like my sister who is in her mid thirties and has a respectable career, her friends will actually puncture the tires on cars if they deem the cars to be too heavy on co2 n ting

I live in Switzerland and this shit has been around for decades here aswell. Believe me, they aren't as uncommon as you'd like to think.
